Make
a Difference-
How to Raise Empathic Kids and Make a Difference in the Lives of
Others
Protect
the Earth
The
Nature Conservancy's mission is to preserve the plants, animals
and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on
Earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive. They
offer a number of family volunteering opportunities ranging from
planting trees to working as "weed busters" for the day,
removing invasive plants that threaten the habitat of native species.
When
we teach our children to protect the earth and understand the importance
of conservation, we can help them make a difference in the world
today. In addition, we can encourage their commitment to making
a difference in the world for future generations.
How
can you make a difference? Protect the earth.
